Educated at Crown Hills Community College in Leicester,(1977-1982) studied Fine Art at Derby University (1998- 2001) in the United Kingdom.

The Creation of Virginia Slack came after Richard Sanders-White had a dream about british Drag Queen Legend Danny La Rue.

In the dream, it is said that the late Danny La Rue, came to Virginia Slack, and gave her some advice, "you don't have to be crude, you can be a little bit rude, but what ever you do make it fabulous!". Virginia Slack Works in the United Kingdom.
