I am a senior software engineer at Apple and Technical Directory of the Unicode Consortium. I am also an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
My user name comes from an old Cantonese romanization of the Chinese name, 井作恆, I was given while serving the Church as a missionary in the Hong Kong Mission (1979-1981).
One of my more dubious claims to fame is my role in getting the Deseret Alphabet added to Unicode.
