Trinayan Jyoti Saikia is a Human Resource Professional, his journey of HR Management started at the age of 17 years as when he had selected Human Resource Management as specialization paper in Bachelors of Commerce and then again in MBA he had selected HR as specialization. He had also done PG in International Business. His theoretical knowledge got a blend of practical knowledge in an Assam based Tea Estate Company, named as Pirthunagar Tea Co. Private Limited, where he got a chance to provide consultation regarding HR and IR issues. He also got an very good opportunity when He had joined Sona Koyo Steering Systems Ltd, an OEM with ISO 10015+ certified company . Here apart from basic HR Activities, He had worked in Employee Engagement activities, and many HR innovative activities which are considered as HR Best Practices.
