Touringtim aka Tim Dalton is a well known live sound engineer in the rock and pop field.
Born in 1962 in Kingston-upon-Hull, East Yorkshire in the UK. He started working with local punk bands in the late 1970s while still at Kelvin Hall High School and became a full time professional upon leaving school in 1979. Over the past 28 years Tim has worked with artists such as Alan Vega, The Alarm, Alyson Williams, Amanda Ghost, Aswad, Atomic Kitten, Barclay James Harvest, Bare Jr., Beastie Boys, Big Daddy Kane, Bobby Brown, Burning Tree, Chakk, Channel Four Television, Chris Rea, Cookie Crew, Deftones, De La Soul, Die Toten Hosen, Dogs D'Amour, Edwyn Collins, Eric B & Rakim, Faith No More, Faster Pussycat, Finley Quaye, Full Force, Gary Moore, Ghost Dance, Gwar, Immortal Records, Jagged Edge, Jelutong, John Martyn, Keith Emerson, Kirsty MacColl, Kula Shaker, Limbomaniacs, Lisa Lisa & Cult Jam, LL Cool J., Motorhead, Nada Surf, Nine Inch Nails, Opik, Orange Juice, The Oz Group, Primer 55, Primus, Public Enemy, The Real People, Run DMC, Salt 'N' Peppa, Simple Minds, Sizer Barker, Sony Music, Space, Sport for Television, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Stray Cats, Stereo MC's, Stetsasonic, Suicide, The Darling Buds, Then Jericho, Time Warner, Transvision Vamp, Ultra Vivid Scene, The Urge, US Crush & VAST.
