My name is Terry Psaltakis. I'm a 30-year restaurant operator based in Chicago, Illinois. I've opened more than 20 restaurant concepts across fine dining, casual dining, and bar programs. I'm the founder of ShiftTrained, an AI-powered restaurant training platform operated by TechWithTerry LLC.

  • I have a direct financial interest in ShiftTrained as its founder and an owner of TechWithTerry LLC.
