Background

I was born and raised in southern California. I graduated high school in 2005 and went directly into trade school for medical assisting and was hired straight out of school by a general surgeon.

I have always invested a lot of time reading up on any subject I become interested in such as computer hardware, computer scripting and software, graphics engines, hex coding, HTML, and so on but at the same time I also love the outdoors. I have successfully completed over 16 days in the wilderness on a solo camping expedition during which time I made do with only what I was able to bring with me.

I love wikipedia, google, and all of the huge libraries of information online because I am what I would call an information nut. Updated info at the click of a mouse or push of a button is a huge part of society and the way we view the world today and I find it important to make sure that I stay up to date on as much as I can.

Interests

Music Music is too big a part of my life to actually list all the individual artists I listen to. If it gives you a better idea of how much I have - my computer calculates my library as taking 4300+ hours to play in it's entirety.

Hip-hop, Punk, Metal, Hard Rock, Alt. Rock, House, Techno, Industrial, Pop, Classic Rock, Rap, R&B, Raggae, Hardcore, Electronic, Ska - to name some of it.

Technical I like working with electronics. Circuit boards, computer assembly, overclocking etc. Scripting in HTML or java comes naturally after awhile. A/V Manipulation and rework, remixes etc. (non-licensed and non-commerical)

I have a couple of small blogs I use for sharing my views etc. I take part in hundreds of forums on all my interests like NASIOC where I get all my car parts etc.

Automotive I work on my car almost exclusively. Obviously small stuff like oil changes, wheel rotations and the like but I also have done heavy modifications on my own before. Including; custom interior reworking - involving stripping the entire interior to paint etc., engine block repair, cylinder head removals/porting. Of course with all that comes the essentials like custom audio installations, giant subwoofers and the like. Some people say I am happiest when I'm underneath the car working on it.
