Chapter One: The Birth

    On February 7, 2007  Xavier King (owner of Professional Online Wrestlng) Launched POW with the very first Installment of Aggression, the weekly show aired every wednesday. Theshow was an instinct success as it saw Rock Roberts create controversy by changing the main event of the event into a steel cage match without permission of Mr King (a match Roberts end up losing) This started hate/hate relationship between Mr King and Roberts (although Roberts had all the charisma,he couldnt really get it done in the ring).That night also saw Michael become the first ever No Hold Barred champion by pinning Tinieblas.  
    POW very first pay per view in history was February 25, 2007 entitled Showtime.The Pay Per View main event was for the vacant International Championship. Guuda The Great made history that night by defeating King (the only title bout King will lose for the rest quite awhile)
    King's lost was not one to drown in, because just three days later on Aggresssion he went on to become the first ever World Champion by defeating Nada En La Cabeza in the main event. That same night Big Daddy & Twisted Metal became the first ever Tag Champions by defeating Warning & Genesis.

Chapter Two:Title Dominace

    POW was off to a great start, helped by two hall of famers, Michael and King.  

    Michael is quite possibly the most hardcore wrestler to ever step inbetween POW ropes. After he won the N.H.B. titleon the very first Aggression, he went on an absolute tear!!! His first title defense was in a rematch three days after Showtime, in a rematch versus Tinieblas, Tinieblas once again came up short, but in the shadows was a very worthy opponent waiting to challenge Michael for his title, Scotty Bario (a flamboyant competitor) challenged Michael at Dead Or Alive in March where he end Michaels title reign, but Barrio's reign was short lived as he lost the title to Michael three days later at Aggression in a rematch. This started one hell of a rivalry, which came to an brutal end at Corruption that April in a triple threat ladder match (including Last Dragon) where Michael successfully defended his title.

    Over the next three months, Michael would successfully defend the title over and over, the title reign lasted 116 days, but was finally put to an end by a new comer Aaron Abraham in July at Revenge Pay Per View(Michael would not want a rematch, he wanted to move on from the title)         


    No one could never deny King was the most dominate in-ring champion to ever wrestle in POW. 179 days is not only the longest World Title reign ever, but the longest reign with ANY championship in Professional Online Wrestling history 

    His first title defense was at Dead Or Alive, where he went up against One Angle (who had the best debut record of 6-0). Most people saw King as a "fluke" and believed One Angle was the better wrestler. But that March night proved to be King's night as One Angle suffered his first loss(One Angle would later end his career as a hall of famer by being known as the "Best Wrestler to never win a title") That following month at Corruption, King would have to defend his title in a triple threat versus up and comer Hawk Hana and International Champion Guuga The Great(who was also putting his title on the line in the same match) Not only did King overcome the odds and win the match, but he became the first double champion in POW history. Over the next the  next four months, King would go on to successfully defend the World title, that was until August at Break Down, where King fell to Hawk Hana in a triple threat (including Soldier) 

    King would later lose his International Championship after being fired by Mr Xavier King because of no showing events (It was widely known Mr King and POW overheads was not a fan of King because he acted as if he didnt care about POW and was possibly the most boring champion in POW history)       

Chapter Three: New Champions

    With the fall of King and Michael, there was superstars begging to take over they're spots. 

    After Hawk Hana became just the second Worlds Champion in POW history, he adopted the idea of being known as "King Hana". He went on acting as if he was royalty. That September Pay Per View titled 187 saw Hana defend his title for the very first time(versus Havok, a very "kontroversal" character who maybe considered the most hated superstar in POW history). That night proved to be just as controversial as Havok, after the referee was out cold, owner Mr Xavier King entered the ring,      helps Havok destroy Hana and counts the one two three himself to crown Havok the third World Champion in history.

    Mr Kings heel turn was saw as a huge surprise, he then went on too form a coalition with Havok known as "The Enterprise".

    Aaron Abraham went on to have a decent run with the No Holds Barred Championship, He held it for nearly two months before handing it over to up and comer Beast that September at Aggression. Beast and Abraham would go on to trade the tite over the next couple of months in one hell of an rivalry.

    Besides King, no one has ever really dominated the International tile, and no one at all has ever dominated the regional title. Darkness is the ONLY wrestler in POW history to ever successfully defend the title, and that was just once.

    After some problems, POW took a recess

Chapter Five: The "New Era"

    February 13, 2008 POW realuched with the "New Era" after a three month hiatus. With a new logo and new format

    The new era saw all titles vacant and a whole new era of superstars. It also saw an entire new concept, where Aggression was no longer just a show, but a brand extended from POW, which saw the launch of a new show on thursday nights entitled Mayhem. Each show had there own roster and titles (world title bein neutral) It also saw the birth of the Western Championship(a title that never got an owner)

    Mr King appointed two general mangers, Havok ran Aggression and Shawn Xtreme ran Mayhem. There was a draft that saw Hawk Hana drafted first to Aggression then Shawn Xtreme to Mayhem(who was not GM yet, but an active wrestler) After the draft both GMs lead there brand to the second ever Showtime. Both brands put up there own guy to go up against each other for the vacant World title in an attempt to bring the title to there brand. The main event put the proven star Michael(Mayhem) versus the new comer Luis(Mahem; who had proved himself by defeated proven stars Beast and former world champ Hawk Hana) The new comer proved himself once again in the biggest match of his career by beating Michael to become the fourth holder of the World Title in POW history.

    Although Showtime II was a huge success, there was no more shows after it. POW took yet another break and closed its doors

Chapter Six: Back In '09!

    After more then a year and a half of being shutdown, just when everyone figured POW was dead and gone for good, Mr King decides to reopen the doors once again!!!

    September 9, 2009 will see the return of Professional Online Wrestling.Its going back to its old formula, just one show (Aggression) and getting rid of the never used Western Championship. Fans all across the world is anxiously awaiting POWs return, and hopefully this time it will be for good!!!
