Gezim Dimnaku born 14 Feb 1972 in Shkoder (Alb). He was former Albanian athlete triple jump & long jumper .He specializes in the triple jump. Gezim is 7 time Albanian national champion(triple jump and long jump) and currently is indoor Albanian record holder in triple jump with 15.71m achieved in 2003 (Dortmund Germany)West Germany championship and 2 months later he equaled his own record in Athene Gre(Balkan championship)with national team Alb. Dimnaku become two time bronze medalist in(triple jump) in the (European champions clubs cup T&F)-1991 in Athene (Greece) and 1995 in (Istanbul Turkey .He competed in many countries like Germany,Canada and he still now competing at advance age where he cleared an impressive 14,23m (m40) triple jump Canadian masters record in 2014 and 2017 brooked two Canadian record triple jump and long jump(indoor), and 3 months later he brooked Canadian outdoor record in Triple jump. In 2014 he become bronze medalist (long jump) in the World championship indoor Masters in (Budapest)Hun, also in 2017 he become bronze medalist indoor World championship (Deagu)Kor in triple jump. In summer 2017 he become gold medalist NCCWMA (North & Central America $ Caribbean region of World championship Masters in(Triple jump)in Toronto.In 2011 he honored from Albanian athletic federation and 2014 he honored with the award prize Alberta's master athlete of the year .
