Shawn Ames was born in 1978 in Lansing, Michigan and is a prominent AI Executive as acting CEO of Sheepdogs Defense AI, a project submitted to DARPA.

He is also a former undercover Counterintelligence and Counterterrorism operative for both the FBI and HSI, who gathered intelligence against several terror groups, organized crime groups, migrant crime groups, and foreign cyberwarfare teams. This involved highly dangerous covert operations and special activities in cases such as the devastating Wolters Kluwer attacks, which crippled the company and exposed both its enterprise customers and IRS Data.

While serving, Mr. Ames saved two American lives on video surveillance in dangerous circumstances, and prior to service, countered two kidnappings, including one involving notable airline CEO David Neeleman while he was CEO of JetBlue, and one armed kidnapping and possible murder attempt of him and his friend during the Mexican Drug War in 2007 while in Tijuana.

Shawn was on the startup team for Azul Brazilian Airlines, Bluestreak Sports Training, and the More Good Foundation and has five other startups under his belt, starting his career at the prestigious Washington Center in Washington, DC.
