He was also a member of the government working group of the draft on Cyber law, Outdoor wireless LAN 2.4GHz and One School One Lab(OSOL). He got his BE. Electrical Engineering from Carleton University (1979), Ottawa, Canada, & MBA from Indonesian University (IPWI 1993), Lemhannas (National Resilience Institute) alumni PPRA XLII/2008 and was born in Surabaya (1956)
