Very much looking for a citation for the concept that "known to police" is pejorative. So far searches have not be revealing, any direction you may offer would be very much appreciated.

My Gretzky trade entry made the front page for the Anniversary section. I hadn't registered as a Wikipedian yet when I entered it so it is credited to my IP 66.222.139.189.

As far as I know this is my first contribution to make the front page :-)

FIFA's stance on red cards was all over the news - this is just one of the articles related to it. As for ESPN's story on Venables - the link above still works but I removed my Wikipedia stuff related to it.
