Thank-you for you contribution to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carding_(police_policy)#Controversy

Very much looking for a citation for the concept that "known to police" is pejorative. So far searches have not be revealing, any direction you may offer would be very much appreciated.

Good day! I have been contributing off and on for some time but did not get around to creating an account until now. If you have any questions or concerns let me know.

Cheers, Rupert

Hi Rupert,

Do you have any firm confirmation that Terry Venables is signed to coach Newcastle United? There appears to be nothing on the Newcastle United website to this effect.

Cheers, Daveb.

Daveb,

This is the story. If it is wrong please let me know.

August 9

My Gretzky trade entry made the front page for the Anniversary section. I hadn't registered as a Wikipedian yet when I entered it so it is credited to my IP 66.222.139.189.

As far as I know this is my first contribution to make the front page :-)

Cheers, Rupert

Hi ahain Rupert,

Thanks for contributing to the red card article. Do we have a reference for FIFA wishing to enforce a minimum 1 week suspension?

Cheers, Dave.

Daveb,

FIFA's stance on red cards was all over the news - this is just one of the articles related to it. As for ESPN's story on Venables - the link above still works but I removed my Wikipedia stuff related to it.
