Celeste and I met in the ninth grade and were mere acquaintances and not good friends. it took us both failing math and being in summer school together, to realize that we had a lot more in common. After just a few days, I instantly recognized her as my soul sister. After a few years being friends in high school, I recognized Celeste as being dreamy,compassionate and sincere. As a fellow Pisces,she understood my sensitive and emotional side and respected it as well. We both loved makeup and watching horror movies, so what wasn't to love about this girl?

Although Celeste and I were friends throughout high school, starting University caused us to drift apart and not talk as often due to the distance between us , physically. She started school at York University in Toronto, Ontario while I came to Ottawa to attend Carleton University. First year university, we kept in contact and talked occasionally but second year, we had more school work and became more involved in different activities which took up time in our lives.

Over the course of 2014, Celeste and I have attempted to rekindle our friendship by talking and texting more often. Although I have not seen her for a year, we hope to change that when I move back to Toronto next year. We are still close and share a very special bond as friends and sisters.
