Robert Chase is a student at the Courant Institute. He was a student at UMass Amherst. He graduated with majors in math and linguistics and minors in physics and computer science. His intellectual interests vary widely. He likes to read science fiction, speculative fiction. He grew up in Brockton and Melrose Massachusetts.

Rob uses wikipedia everyday. He sporadically edits articles, usually about books he's read but sometimes about mathematics. It wasn't until late November of 2005 that he came upon pages suggesting that wikipedians actually communicate with each other through means other than the edit comments. He hopes to explore the community of wikipedians more in the months and years to come.
