NAME: RAM SHARMA

Born on 02/05/1988 in Kannauj Uttar Pradesh, is also known as ram.cools with full name Ramendra Sharma is Presently Country Manager - Operations for Cafe coffee day India in Egypt. He is an Indian but a traveller by his choice. Likes to visit different places and have some plans of visiting many countries.

Ram is a Poet, writer, blogger and also a expert and consultant in Food and Beverage Sector. Hospitality is in his blood since he is a Gradutate in Hotel Management and Tourism. He later on mastered in business and did MBA to polish up his Management skills, with expertise in Marketing. He has given some of management concepts by himself, one of which is a wonderful and very useful concept for any Business is - 'SSS- Method to Madeness'. Where he brings entire focus on three S, 1-Service 2- SOP, 3- Sales. Following this method one organisation can see great success.

Ram has a dream of being a social help in coming years with plans of working on improving the green environment in his country India and also helping in the Education of Poor children by opening a school without fee. He is passionate about opening a business school too where he trains and grooms the enthusiastic youngsters to build a strong career.

Ram believes in 'God is One'. According to him God is one and humanity is the most important above anything in life of human. God blessed us with a life for some very dead-strong purposes. Every human must work for improving human values and life of others. We must return something great to the wonderful nature and the Planet mother Earth.

Ram's favourite sports is cricket and there was a time he dreamt of serving the national team with his cricket abilities specially bowling which he says he dreams even now.
