Who is Proofing?
My Wikipedia ID is Proofing and my nickname on Wikipedia is Ma'ath'a'yü. Outside of Wikipedia, in every day life I am Matthew. My talk page can be accessed here.
I am a fan of the Wikimedia Foundation and give money as well as my time in support of the Wikipedia Project. I think this is one of the greatest projects ever undertaken by Mankind. I view it as a project that will eventually act as a repository for all human knowledge. A resource for all like the Federation Database in Star Trek. With over a million articles I'd say Wiki is off to a good start but we still have a long way to go. It's going to be a lot of fun getting there! :-)
I correct spelling and grammatical errors as I encounter them. I correct or add information as needed when I see the need. I add cross references and indexing enhancements as I encounter where such could be useful. I am still learning the manner and methodology of posting articles.
Currently I am seeking to add an article on the Underground Reich. I wish to start it as a stub of Fascism. So I have to get the stub category approved and such but I am working on it. Update: the {{Fascism-stub}} has been approved. Apparently I wasn't the only bloke with the idea. :-)
