Philip Bimpson (born 21 November 1955) is a British martial artist,and best known as the UN-official ambassador for Liverpool,England.The only documented "Scouser" to have travelled to all the occupied Liverpools in the world, 10 in all.


He was also the main protagonist in a four part documentary "The BBC Prison Experiment" Koppel & Mirsky,2002

Director and producer short film " There But for the grace of God, Go I" dealing with the perceived life styles of people who are homeless and live on the streets.2005
