انسان برای رشد انسانیت و رسیدن به کمال ، نیازمند به مدیریت خود می باشد و این مدیریت نیز مانند سایر مدیریت ها نیازمند دانش مدیریت می باشد. مدیر کمال کوشش می کند این دانش را کسب کرده و در راه رسیدن به انسانیت گام بردارد. In order to grow humanity and reach perfection, man needs to manage himself, and this management, like other managements, requires management knowledge.
