User:Michael Luxton
Michael Luxton was born in Plymouth, Devonshire in 1975 as Michael Rowlands. Luxton being his Mother's maiden name. Born nearly 3 months prematurely he has a difficult start for the first year of his life. Raised in North Prospect nicknamed 'Swilly', historically know for being farmland and later a Royal Naval Officers living quarters.
Trained as Travel Sales Consultant in the 90's before studying at Plymouth College of Further Education on a Performing Arts BTEC. Taught by Kneehigh Theatre Performer Nix Rosewarne and summer schooled with Bill Mitchell and Sue Hill of Kneehigh, Michael gained a place at E15 Acting School in London in 1999. Founded from the work of theatre pioneer and advocate for the working classes Joan Littlewood and Theatre Workshop. Michael has worked in film, tv, theatre and voice over for the past 18 years.
