Muhammad Mansha Khan Son of Muhammad Zaman Khan; (born 4 April 1974) is a Kashmiri (Pakistani) retired Havildar Clerk of the Pakistan Army.

He was born in Rawalakot (Singola Dhar Kalson). He studied his basic education at Government Middle School Birmu Singola upto Middle. After completion of under matric education he got admission in High School HamaNari Singola (Presently Higher Secondary School). He passed his matriculation examination from Mirpur Board Azad Kashmir in 2nd Division with Science Subjects. After matriculation he joined Pakistan Army as a Sepoy Clerk in Azad Kashmir Regimental Centre. He got his basic clerical training from Kuldana Upper Topa Murree during the year 1990. After completion of his basic training, he transfered to 33 Azad Kashmir Regiment (SHAN BATTALION), which was located at Quetta. On joining 33 Azad Kashmir, Commanding Officer Lt Col Saddat Hussain Shah assigned him as Bravo Company Clerk. After completion of 6 months service as company clerk, he was adjusted as Adjutant Branch Clerk due to his efficiency of job work. During the year March 1992, he transferred to 19 Azad Kashmir Regiment according to Record Wing Policy (logest stay). 19 Azad Kashmir Regiment was deployed at Border Defence Area i.e Pandu (Muzaffarabad) On arrival of 19 Azad Kashmir Regiment (MAZBOOT DIL BATTALION), his interview arranged with Commanding Officer Mushtaq Ahmed Awan by Head Clerk Faiz Hussain. During interview CO, 19 AK in the presence of Head Clerk, give a task to type history of MAZBOOT Dil, which he completed within 2 days. Commanding Officer appreciated, his job work and advise Head Clerk Faiz to assign in Adjutant Branch as General Matters Clerk. During this year he was promoted as Naik Clerk. In 1997, when the unit was deployed for WAPDA duty at Islamabad Recording Wing issued his transfer order to General Headquarters Rawalapindi (Housing Directorate).

During staying in General Headquarters, he appeared under graduation Examination (Intermediate) and pass in 2nd Division during the year 2002. After that during the year 2007 he gain Bachelor of Commerce from University of Punjab.

During his tenure of services in Pakistan Army, he assigned multifarious duties such as Accounting (as Accountant), Administrations (as Adjutant Branch Superintendent), Logistics & Stores (as Superintendent). In each and every branch he got OUTSTANDING ANNUAL CONFIDENTIAL REPORTS.

He has 3 x computer courses and have Certified Accountants from Canada.

Mansha after retirement, appointed as senior auditor in Pakistan Audit Committee organized by Pakistan Army in General Headquarters Rawlapindi to settled all high level audit objection. Pakistan Audit Committee perform job work in office automation programme. During his adhoc appointment, he applied for a vacant post of Senior Clerk in Government Department i.e District Armed Services Board Rawalakot. He selected by Director Raja Muhammad Saleem and Major Retired Gul Hussain Khan, Secretary District Armed Services Board. He join his service during the year Sep 2008. He was maintaining all types of computer data included Ex Servicemen Record included Shuhada. During the year 2011, Director Pakistan Armed Services Board, visiting District Armed Services Board appreciated to Mr Mansha in the presence of Secretary District Armed Services Board Rawalakot Major (Retd) Gul Hussain Khan to preparing a briefing in MS Power Point. Major Gul Hussain arrange tea party of all the staff and he also appreciated job work of Mansha.

During the year Dec 2013, he got working visa of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through his brother in law Mr Aftab Hussain Khan. He resign from District Armed Services Board from (Grade 14) and reported to Saudi Arabia. He joined a Trading Company (Yaslam Aiedh Al Manhali at Riyadh KSA) as a Chief Accountant. He complete 2 years of tenure and give resignation for his betterment. By the grace of Allah Almighty, he was appointed as Senior Accountant with SaudiKad later own renamed Arkad EPC. Until know he is doing his job with Arkad Engineering & Construction Co.
