Hello below is just me talking about random tornado events and photos.(sorry if I mess anything up I'm kind of stupid lol)
March 13-16 Tornado outbreak
This is the violent EF-4 that hit Diaz, Arkansas on March 14th.
This was the biggest tornado outbreak that I ever watched and tracked. Multiple strong to violent tornadoes occurred the one that I remember the most was the Bakersfield EF-3 tornado. While this outbreak was deadly and catastrophic for many people I have a feeling it could have been so much worse. March 14th in my point of view was worst case scenario for that day. March 15th the residents of the south dodged a bullet I'm not saying nothing happened. The Tylertown EF-4 killed six people. The main reason that there was not a ¨Super Outbreak¨ was basically most of the storms failed to stay discrete. So basically a lot of the storms choked each other out.
April 2-April Tornado outbreak
Catastrophic damage in Lake City.
This is another Tornado outbreak that I watched and tracked. Six EF3s were confirmed most of them being high-end EF3s.The most notable tornado from this outbreak of course goes to the Lake city EF3. The Lake city tornado was well documented I watched it go from a rope to a giant wedge I was in shock. If you have not seen those videos I highly recommend you go watch them. When the EF-3 rating was issued there was large amounts of questions and all sorts of discussions and people talking about the problems with the EF scale which we are not going to be covering because I'm not here to write an essay. But a bunch of other tornadoes occurred and many people lost their lives truly deadly outbreak.
May 15-16 tornado outbreak
Trees debarked in Daniel Boone National Forest.
Another major tornado outbreak involving multiple intense and two violent tornadoes. But the main two I want to talk about are the Marion EF4 and the London EF4. Let's start with the Marion tornado this was a truly violent tornado thankfully no deaths were reported. The tornado caused mostly EF3 damage during its life however it had a brief period of EF4 intensity completely sweeping away a well built home and debarking trees. The tornado then continued to cause EF3 damage before dissipating. NWS damage surveyors and engineering experts surveyed the damage and assigned a rating of EF4 190mph. The most investigated damage was the well built home swept away surveyors found that the home had been well constructed but the home did have some problems with anchoring which limited any chance of a higher rating. If the home had more secure anchoring would have likely received a 200mph EF4 rating. The next tornado is the London EF4 which caused catastrophic damage in London with homes being leveled and in Daniel Boone National Forest it debarked and shredded trees 18 people were killed which means it was the deadliest tornado of the entire year.
