Brief Introduction

Hey, everybody! My name is Joseph Wahba! I am a Bachelor of Health Sciences student at McMaster University aspiring to be a medical doctor. My passion for health care developed throughout my undergraduate career. After taking a course on health information at the faculty of health sciences, I gained the tools I needed to utilize resources available to me as a student to help make health information available to people who may lack those resources. Having access to academic databases through which I can access myriads of original research in the field of medicine and health research is a privilige a university student enjoys. This privilige, in my opinion, should be shared and used to improve resources that our communities depend on to learn how to live long and happy lives. Wikipedia is one of those resources. My goal this academic year is to expand on the exponentially growing body of medical knowledge on the platform.
