I've found alot of interesting views and articles of classroom management.In the first article i read, "The key to classroom management", it seems to me that being a teacher that is dominating yet cooperating with also being aware of their students needs can make a classroom a positive one, which is super important in having a great class in the first place, a teachers actions have suc a great impact on how well a student may or may not do. There are a few specific things a classroom needs to have in order for it to be managed well, one being a good relationship between a teacher and student, just as long as they respect each other and one is dominating while the other cooperates the discipline should be at a minimum and under control. The rules and regulationsshould be clear and stated for everyone to see, this way there is no confusion on what is tolerated and what goals should be reached. 
 In my next article,A categorisation of school rules, it talks about school rules, and the logic behond these rules.They divided it into what they felt were the main categories they needed to be divided into: a) relational rules, (b) structuring rules, (c), protecting rules, (d), personal rules and (e) etiquette rules. 
 The last article i read about classroom management was called "Looking at Classroom Management Through a Social and Emotional Learning Lens", this article focuses on classroom management,social learning,sociali nteraction,academic achievement,teacers, students and education. It states that if you focus on the emotional and social learning aspect that it will reduce the negative social interactions and increase the academic achievement.It seems that the pricipal and teachers were definatley involved and by working together tryin to make a difference. 

After reading all these articles, its clear that everyone is involved in making a classroom a better learning envionment, the teachers have to set the rules and make decisions and the students have to follow them.
