  The city of Chicago has a longstanding history of producing many of the brightest stars that the Hip-Hop world has ever known. With chart toppers stretching as far back as the 90s with rapid-fire rhymes of multi-platinum rapper Twista and Common to the latest Chi-town explosions Kanye West, Ludacris & Lupe Fiasco, Windy City rappers have been fittingly noted for spitting frostbitten bars just as cold as the city’s climate.

Up next to add his name to the ever-growing list of this city’s trendsetters is south side terror Glace Conway. With a resume that includes ghostwriting for several platinum artists, recording alongside superstars such as Raven Symone, Ying Yang Twins, plus more. as well as being flagship artist owner of the budding Evolution Records in conjunction with Freeway Enterprise , Glace Conway has been making unprecedented moves in Hip-Hop for some time now. And with two new mixtapes "Transitions of A Dope boy" and "Premeditated Millionaires" hosted by: Freeway Rick Ross & Dj Anonymous. as well as forthcoming album "Power of A Dream", Amazing Glace Conway’s take over is rapidly approaching. Fueled by his debut single "Streets Where I come From" and follow-up banger "Classy Girl" , Glace (also known as Mr. Man Man Listen Man) will soon have the entire world lending him an ear.

"There’s a void in the game from when I started loving the rap music," explains Glace. "I wanna bring it back to good music. I’m trying to bring it back to when you hear a song it creates a memory that invokes a personal feeling inside forever. 

Born and raised on the south side of Chicago in an area known as the Wild 100s, Glace Conway grew up witnessing firsthand the hard knock life. And even though he was constantly surrounded by the negativity of the streets, he utilized that same energy to turn his life into a positive situation. According to Glace his love for his hood prompted him to rap. Because the older hustlers on the block were so impressed with his lyrical prowess, they took him under their wing and helped finance the cost of the studio where he was able to nurture his lyrical gift. "There was a lot of love coming up in my neighborhood. Aside from the hate, the cold shoulders and the people that don’t want to see you succeed, there is still a lot of love inside each community. They nurture if you’re one of theirs and they respect what you’re doing."

After showing and proving his mainstay status on the Hip-Hop scene, undeniable artists Lil Kim, Raven Symone, Shawna (formerly of Distrubing Tha Peace), Boo and Gotti (of Cash Money Records fame), Titty Boi (one-half of DTP duo Players Circle), Benzino, the Ying Yang Twins and Lil Cease all reached out to Glace to appear on tracks with them. In fact, one of his most significant achievements is being one of the six members of Lil Kim's Beehive posse as well as obtaining a platinum plaque for ghostwriting on her 2003 album La Bella Mafia.

"I never called these people to get on these records with me," Glace admits. "It was more along the lines of me grinding and they’ll be vibing off my music. It’s all family."

Taking the lessons learned from his extended family members, Glace stepped out on his own to release his independent debut album Tragedy To Triumph in late 2007. He came back this year with two new mixtapes Sex Drugs and DUIs and Premeditated Millionaires. Most recently, he teamed up with Freeway Enterprise CEO "Freeway Ricky Ross" to form a joint venture. With the ball in his corner, Glace Conway is sure to change the game with his forthcoming Evolution Records/ Freeway Enterprise album entitled "Power of A Dream" distributed by Bungalo/ Universal Music Group and managed by 1 N A Million Management.Tight production, clever wordplay, and thought provoking topics make this a stellar album that is hard to dismiss in today's highly competitive market
