Kazadoom

Not yet a place, more a political ideal. Kazadoom is the brainchild of two brothers and their cousin from London, England. Its basis involves a unified world where there is no war, racism, bigotory or religious or racial discrimination. Its structure revolves around a hierarchy headed by a Lord Emperor Draymon, who presides over a World Council which is made up of the governors of various districts of the world.

In this way, disputes will be solved by the Lord Emperor. However, each area will be democratically governed and the populus will vote on how that area is ruled. the purpose of the Emperor is to impose himself only when unresolvable issues occur. In this way, the world will be run by a hybrid political ideal, combining both democracy and imperialism.

Principalities will elect senators and govern themselves depending on the political ideals that that candidate represents. The Lord Emperor however will be from the Imperial Family and not elected. A Lord Emperor will take an apprentice who will learn how to govern fairly and safely and when the Lord Emperor dies and his eldest male heir takes over, the apprentice of the previous Lord Emperor will act as a guide and advisor for the new one until the new Lord Emperor takes on his own apprentice, thus repeating the cycle.

The Grand Vizier, closely affiliated and chosen by the Lord Emperor, wields considerable power in the glorious political ideal of Kazadoom. This includes day-to-day running of the realm while the Lord Emperor presides over the World Council. Kazadoom will achieve power by putting area candidates forward at government elections in all democratic countries. If these candidates achieve power, they will instate the Lord Emperor and his family by unanimous decision. The Lord Emperor's position will be filled by the eldest of the two brothers, while Grand Vizier by the cousin. The younger brother will be given the opportunity to stand as governor of the area currently known as Europe.

Guards of the Imperial Family and any person relating to will be trained to the highest level, and most loyal of the world army and will wear a red uniform, while the standard trooper infantry will wear black. With the control of the world in one council, there will be no more war and the function of the World Army will be that of peacemakers and disaster relief efforts as well as eliminating threats to the safety of the populus. Any persons who threaten the lives of the populus of the free world will be imprisoned post-trial (if found guilty at trial) on a prison island in the South Atlantic, only accessible by helicopter, known as installation '1986', known by its inmates as the 'Ile de Muerto,' where they would be treated civilly and kindly, despite its onerous nickname. The death penalty would be reserved only for those convicted guilty of infanticide, serial murder and attempting to attack the Imperial Family, but only if they can be considered mentally competent. Gone will be the days where mentally sick men with the equivalent brain capacity of a child will be executed for their crimes (as is currently done in the United States of America.) The freedom to express religious, political and personal beliefs is paramount to the workings of the Glorious Realm of Kazadoom.
