Early Life:- Rajesh did his schooling from Sainik School Balachadi, Jamnagar Sainik School Balachadi, Jamnagar 361230 After passing out from school in 1990 he joined The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Vadodara and Completed Masters in Arts in Political Science with International Relations as the main subject, in 1995.
After finishing the College he worked as a consultant for Quality and Environmental Management Systems till 2008.
After 2008 he joined Jawahar Lal Nehru Leadership Institute as a Leadership Development Trainer to train the IndianYouthCongress and NationalStudentsUnionofIndia.
Along with training he also continued to study and pursue online courses in Life Coaching, Cognitive Behaviour therapy and Neuro Linguistic Programming. He has in due course founded a training and consulting firm with a name “BODHI“ full form of which is “Bureau Of Developing Human Instincts, Intellect and Intuitions.” Under this firm “Bodhi” Rajesh Griglani has imparted many trainings to corporates and companies.
He has been instrumental in Election Management of Indian National Congress in many states, mainly Goa, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh and now Bihar
