Fred S. Weiss (born June 24, 1962) is an American Entrepreneur, an environmental blogger and author. He is currently CEO of 4Offsets, LLC. a CO2 offset provider. He has a B.A. Psychology from the University of Michigan, 1985 and a B.S. Computer Science, History from Eastern Michigan University in 1989. He currently resides in Windsor, ON.
