Matthias Bertsch, alias DrTrumpet

DrTrumpet, alias Matthias Bertsch, is audiophile and curious. His scientific focus is on the intersection of humans and music (Music Physiology, Music Psychology, Musical Acoustics).

Together with the Wikimedia Association Austria, he organized a MDW-WIKI day at the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna in 2015. In 2020, he coordinated the project "How Mödling Sounds" as part of moving beethoven in Mödling. In 2024, he was involved in the projects "How does Vienna sound today?" and the GLAM-on-Tour "Von Brummeisen und Trümpnern"].

DrTrumpet is a member of Wikimedia Austria.
