Costa Reserva at Esterillos Owners Association
Costa Reserva at Esterillos is a 236 hectare development in Costa Rica. The project consists of 430 residential lots. Each lot measures at least 5000 sq. m.
The project was developed by an interest group consisting of several US and Costa Rican companies, namely: Costa Developers LLC, Costa Developers S.A. and Costa Reserva S.A.
This group was led by Ellis Khan, who was the initial developer in 2007. In 2009, the control was passed on to Jorge Jorge Flores and Ricardo Lizano, with the legal support of lawyer Arnaldo Bonilla Quesada. In 2010, Mr. Bonilla assumed control of the company.
Costa Reserva is still under development, with several roads still unfinished. In addition, as of late 2011, the project did not have water supply, electrical or telephone infrastructure.
Titled owners of the project have organized an Association which can be accessed at http://www.costareserva.com (http://www.costareservaowners.com) or via its Linkedin profile at http://cr.linkedin.com/in/costareserva
