As a member of Professor Burdo's BI481 Introduction to Neuroscience class at Boston College, I have been assigned to improve or expand neuroscience stubs on Wikipedia. The goal of this assignment is to assist the Society for Neuroscience, which has recently begun an initiative to update and improve incomplete neuroscience related articles here on Wikipedia.
My group, which consists of myself, Katina Pangakis, Lucas Shin, and Elaine Martin, has chosen to explore the topic of nonsynaptic plasticity.
You can find more information about this project on Professor Burdo's class webpage.
