Brian Leslie Sanders: Author of "Duosimilitus & the 1/3 Principle"
This book is filled with graphs and pictorials that explain our thought processes in detail, and why understanding that is important. It leads you through the quagmire of emotions while training your attention on your own past. I'm told it is an uncomfortable read but extremely healing in the long run.
