Locations can be found in Pueblo, Colorado Springs, Denver and the Fort collins are but will take care of anyone in colorado with a valid colorado state ID and meet other minimum requirements for 25+ but you do need medical records of a qualifying condition for 24 or under (other steps are included for under 21 as well).
