Bill Baxter, DTM; was born on October 11, 1954 in Fullerton, California. The DTM stand for "Distinguished Toastmaster" which is the highest award a person receives in Toastmasters International. Bill Baxter, DTM; has been a Member of Toastmasters International for over 17 years. His autobiography, "There's Wierdo!" was published in VOICE Magazine in September of 1987. The autobiography is a Christian Testimony of how Bill Baxter overcame struggles with Tourette's Syndrome during his early life. He is also a co author of Old Testament Bible Puzzles, New Testament Bible Puzzles, and Life of Jesus Bible Puzzles which were published in 1990 by Rainbow Publishers in San Diego, CA.
