I have a particularly useless interest in the Red Rock line resulting from the 1842 treaty with the Sac and Meskwaki (Fox). To find my working draft of a paper on the line and the Indian history leading up to it, Google: hart "red rock treaty line"
My web page should come up in the search, and offers both the document and a Google Earth .kmz file showing my current estimate of where the line was. There is a lot of work left to do on this project, but I would welcome suggestions. http://www.hartpierce.net/history.htm
