BENJAMIN BUENO, full name Benjamin Augusto Baracchini Bueno, Brazilian, living in Brazil, entrepreneur, descending from the very traditional families Bicudo de Siqueira -Leme's origin- and Bueno, the first were founders of city Pindamonhangaba, four centuries in country. Son of Benjamin da Costa Bueno Filho and Maria Thereza Baracchini Bueno, grandson by father, from Cel.Benjamin da Costa Bueno and Maria Candida Bicudo Bueno and by mother,from Antonio Baracchini and Elisa Bonalumi Baracchini, immigrants from Italy around 1900, from Cervia, Emilia Romagna. He was born in Ribeirao Preto, State of Sao Paulo, Brazil. He did his studies in Ribeirao Preto and Sao Paulo. He has started his work life in Sao Paulo, working in financial companies, than banks. In 1976 he became founder and CEO of Souza Bueno Investments Company. In 1984 he sold the share control of the company and moved to Sao Jose dos Campos to involve in building homes. After moving to the new city he strongly decided to involve in community services. In 1986 he entered in Lions Clubs International and became president in 1996, than in 1997 he became Youth Exchange Chairman until now, managing the Brazil Lions Youth Exchange Program, a program with co-operation of several districts. He founded the Brazil Travel Youth Camp in 2000, that still runs. In 1990, he was invited to join to the Brotherhood of the Santa Casa Mercy Hospital in Sao Jose dos Campos and became member of the Board in 1994. In Educational field, he is Board Trustee of FAAP Colleges since 1992, a very accredited one in the country. In his duties when president of Lions, he has founded the Folklore Museum in town and the Lions Clubs Eye Care Center. He is married to Maria Tereza Azevedo Bueno, English graduate teacher, both have two sons, Ricardo Benjamin Bueno, 30, Business Administrator, graduate in Marketing, Manager at BANIF SECURITES ,subsidiary of International Bank of Funchal, in Sao Paulo and Fernando Benjamin Bueno, 28, Lawyer,graduated in Taxation, has made the internship at Brazilian Permanent Mission in Geneva at WTO, nowadays working to Demarest & Almeida, a large and prestigiuos law firm in Sao Paulo City.
