#Biography of Waja Mir Jumma Khan Baloch

Waja Mir Jumma Khan Baloch, also known as Waja, Mir, Shaikh Jumma Khan Albalooshi, was a prominent Baloch nationalist leader who dedicated his life to the freedom of Balochistan. He played a crucial role in uniting Baloch leaders from both western Balochistan (occupied by Iran) and eastern Balochistan (occupied by Pakistan). Renowned for his extensive political career and strong international connections, he collaborated with influential figures such as Ghaos Bax Bizenjo, Khair Baksh Marri, Attaullah Mengal, Shero Marri, Abdi Khan, Mirza Barakat, Mihrab Taherzi, Mohammad Khan Lashari, Akbar Barakzi, and Abdul Samad Amiri, among others.

Jumma Khan Baloch is widely recognized for his significant contributions to the Balochistan freedom movement. He founded the Baloch Liberation Front (BLF), supplied thousands of tons of weapons to Baloch freedom fighters, established training camps, and led the resistance. Additionally, he set up the first Balochi radio station and defended against Iranian occupation in Ahwaz, Kurdistan, and the UAE islands, leading to Iran's withdrawal from Abu Musa Island. His efforts also extended to maintaining strong connections with GCC leaders and international figures such as Abdul Nasser of Egypt, as well as leaders of Lebanon, Syria, Palestine and Iraq.
