The Other Guys is the oldest a cappella group at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and one of the notable all-male collegiate groups in the United States. [1] Founded in 1969, the group is well-known for its musicality and unique brand of humor.

History

The Other Guys were founded in 1969 by Bruce Johnson and other members of the University's Varsity Men's Glee Club. [2] [3] Initially known by a variety of monikers, including "The Other Three" and "The Guys", the group performed twice a year at Glee Club concerts.
