I'm more of a user than a contributor, but I figured it would be nice to have a record of the occasional minor changes I make. It might encourage me to make more. Maybe I'll translate some stuff from the French wikipédia. I have a user page there as well.
I tend to just meekly copyedit the articles I come across, and haven't had the nerve to create any articles yet. I've added some (not much) actual information to the pages of a few singers I like: The Cranberries, Jérémie Kisling, and Sam Bettens. There's a lot more I could add to those last two, I should probably get around to doing it some day. Anyway, I'm a mathematician by training, programmer by trade, physicist by association and writer by Sunday midnight, so I'm most likely to contribute to articles on those subjects. I'm also interested in linguistics. I have a lot of interesting books on these subjects that I could use as source material.
