Amy Bains is considered to be a role model to young people through being a female coach and playing within professional clubs- Chelsea and Fulham Ladies. She has experienced 2 youth world cups, training & playing with and against top athletes. Amy also has and will continue to work with other highly known coaches & athletes at top levels đđŸ Amy is also a professional sports ambassador for @spottersfootball.

Amy Bains attended various football development schemes in Swindon from the age of 4 years, and started playing local club football at the age of 7 for a boys under 8 team at Croft Football club, Swindon coached by Don Rogers.
At the age of 8, Amy Bains was selected to play for the under 9 Spitfire Girls football team Bev Maule was the senior coach, Amy remained there until she went to play for Highworth Town FC Girls under 12 team coached by Perry Hale. A year later Amy joined Melksham Town ladies FC under the coaching of Steve Kirk. From 10 years old in school year 5 until finishing secondary school in year 11 Amy was selected and represented my school in football. Also from the age of 10 years Amy attended the Wiltshire FA county development programme and represented Wiltshire for 6 years under the head coach Barry Pocock. Amy has played for Swindon Town Ladies Fc 2014-16 as well as playing for Chelsea Foundation Fc 2014-2016. Amy Bains is currently playing in the starting 11 in Fulham ladies fc 1st Team.
