Usage
This template creates a ref to the climate pages of the Western Regional Climate Center. It takes two parameters: the type of page, and the station name. At the moment, it can only create links to a few of the pages.
The WRCC station pages use frames, with a narrow left navigation frame and a wider right content frame. By default, the period of record page is shown. In order to get the URLs for the pages listed below, you must right click on the links in the left navigation frame and select "copy link address" (or the equivalent).
Then place the page type code that appears before .pl? in the third parameter, and the station code that appears after .pl? in the fourth parameter. Or even better, replace the hard-to-understand page type code with a more readable parameter name from the list of page types below.
