Usage

Add the code: {{subst:UE|<article name>|<language ISO code>}} to a user talk page,

replacing <article name> with the name of the article that was written in the foreign language, and <language ISO code> with the ISO code of the language the article was written in; see this page for a list of ISO codes (use the two letter code) - e.g. "fr" for French, or "de" for German.
