This article's use of the phrase "is a technology" implies that it is one technology, used by both Microsoft and Oracle. I do not know that it is the same, but I think they are two different technologies that share a name and a purpose. This point could be clearer. JeffV (talk) 21:06, 9 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]
