JFACTSU
RAF Leeming is the home of JFACTSU or the Joint Forward Air Control Training and Standards Unit. Just thought someone might like to add that salient fact! —Preceding unsigned comment added by 82.109.66.148 (talk) 11:48, 3 January 2008 (UTC)
RCAF Halifax Bomber Memorial
Afternoon The joy of all things, I hope you don't think I'm stalking you! Your amendment to the lede of this pages sparked a memory that there's actually a memorial to a downed RCAF Halifax Crew, which flew out of Leeming, at Romanby Golf Course. It's not mentioned in this article or the 427 Special Operations Aviation Squadron one. Perhaps it's worth adding it in to one (or both), I'm just not sure where it would best fit?

- LookingYourBest Ah-ha! No, I don't think you are stalking me. I'd say input into both articles - the Leeming one could be an incidents/accidents section as there are more to go in there, I just have to source them. Regards! The joy of all things (talk) 12:18, 25 August 2017 (UTC)
- LookingYourBest I have started the section, feel free to input. Good idea to put these in though! Regards. The joy of all things (talk) 12:18, 25 August 2017 (UTC)

Jefford, C.G reference
I have modified the Jefford, C.G reference from 2001 to 1988 to match the year specified in the ref & the short refs. But there is a short ref to 2001 - should this be 1988 or is there a reference missing to Jefford, C.G 2001? Keith D (talk) 18:02, 6 July 2019 (UTC)
- Hi - Thanks for that: it should be to the second edition of Jefford's book which was published in 2001. Best wishes. Dormskirk (talk) 18:32, 6 July 2019 (UTC)
