Hello, my name is Dalton Pouliot and I do believe that this article could use a major update to help bring back some attention to the page. My plans to spruce up the page are to add some more background information about Modern Maximum and why it's important for life on earth. I Also plan on adding some more sources to back up the scientific data that has been reported on this principle being discussed throughout the article. Furthermore, I do believe adding some more renderings will help not only explain certain points of the article but also entice people to read more of the page as long as the renderings are entertaining to the viewer. Lastly, I plan on doing a final review of the article to look for grammar mistakes and to make sure that there are proper citations and that they are used when needed to give the much needed credit for those pages. Major reversion - article has been taken off topic

This article has been rewritten in the past year or so, such that it no longer discusses the Modern Maximum - a specific period in the sun’s history - but instead discusses solar maxima in general. The original content has been erased, and the new topic is redundant as solar maxima are discussed in the pages on the Solar cycle and Solar maximum. This may be a consequence of the student project mentioned above. I will shortly revert to before the first of these major content changes. 86.16.89.189 (talk) 08:59, 13 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
