Local Health Integration Network → Local Health Integration Networks – Normally titles are not plural. But, WP:Naming conventions (plurals) § Exceptions provides that articles about a group of distinct entities should be in the plural form. I think that is the case here.   Too many related topics already redirect to Ontario Health including Connecting Care Act, Ontario Health atHome, Health Shared Service OntarioHealth Shared Services Ontario, Health Quality Ontario, Ontario Health Team, and The People's Health Care Act. Merging this article into that one createdwill create real WP:WEIGHT issues, where the Ontario Health Article is not about Ontario Health.
