Talk:Flashing arrow

Definition

definition there had been wasn't much clear. But, from what i understand, a flashing arrow isn't a plot device. so i removed flashing aroow being a plot device from definition. however, plot device article still links here.

a google search doesn't yield much except this article. is this a well known phrase? are there external references that can be used to verify and clarify its meaning? --Calm 17:46, 6 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Also, I'm not sure that we need quite so much information on oranges, culminating in "Citrus fruits today remain one of Sicily's main exports", in an article on the "flashing arrow" concept. The oranges are not a flashing arrow at all, in fact, they're a symbol. Like things that were red in the Sixth Sense.
