Disk mirroring
In the article DISK MIRRORING it is said that file shadowing is something completely different. In this article the term "disk mirroing" is said to be the same as "file shadowing" Bewildering!
- Yeah. I see confusing info about file copy, shadowing and mirroring. One issue is that some articles are tiled (and therefore scoped) to file and some to disk. First, disk is obsolete term in the era of SDD. Second the main concepts are not limited to file or disk or volume. The articles should be about mirror and shadow. Maybe mirror (Computer data storage) and shadow (Computer data storage). The articles should say that the concepts apply at any level such as file, disk or volume. This is most ridiculous article I have seen in Wikipedia up to now. Whoever is an administrator, please shut it down, it only confuses people
