Talk:Computer posture

Merge proposal

First and Foremost, I wanted to thank for notifying me about the fix I have to make to my article. I think the article should not be deleted as it approaches the Computer Posture topic, which is not a topic in the Ergonomy article. The sources I have provided are institutions such as Cornell University, hence I do not understand why my article is being considered for deletion. I am attaching a link to their website, and the Puget Sound Chapter of the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society, is a non-profit organization, and when I referred to what they had to say about the topic I clearly stated that, because I am really respectful about copyright. I am also attaching a reference to a US government office so that I can stress the fact of the importance of the topic, and last but not least I am also attaching a link to a site that has tips on how to deal with computer posture.

I will be really respectful of your decision in the end, but being a new contributor, I think I followed the rules for posting, and I also think that my article has what it takes to be published. Please let me know exactly what I have to modify.

  • Merge. The topic of "computer posture" is not particularly notable in its own right, and belongs under Ergonomics. Eubulides (talk) 16:49, 18 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
  • Merge any cited encyclopediac content and redirect. However, I don't see any, which is why I PRODed it. Mark, we need specific cites so that the claims can be verified. I concur with Eubulides...I don't see anything spefically notable about the computer aspect of this topic. Actually, I don't see anything about the computer aspect of this topic in the article at all... DMacks (talk) 19:37, 18 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

No further discussion, so I redirected it to Ergonomics. Eubulides (talk) 07:48, 22 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
