Olga Olehivna Fridman (Ukrainian: Ольга Олегівна Фрідман; Hebrew: אולגה פרידמן; born 30 September 1998) is a Ukrainian-Israeli former professional tennis player and the 2015 female Israeli tennis champion.
As a junior, Fridman has a career-high world ranking of 12, achieved on 24 March 2014. She has a career-high singles ranking of 231 by the WTA, achieved on 23 May 2016, and she won two singles titles on the ITF Women's Circuit.
Early and personal life
Fridman was born to a wealthy family in Kyiv, the daughter of Ukrainian-Israeli oligarch Oleg Fridman.[1][2] Although she represented Ukraine internationally, Fridman also holds Israeli citizenship.[2]
In December 2015, she had lived in Israel in recent years, and said: "I’d really like to represent Israel, but at the moment it depends on my parents. I really love the country and I believe it will eventually happen."[2]
