Sunverter is a solar inverter system that operates without a battery. It was developed by Indian engineers Mahesh Kumar Saini and Suman in Rawatsar, Rajasthan. The technology allows solar energy to directly power electrical appliances.

Development of the Sunverter began around 2020. The device was designed to support loads between 3 kW and 10 kW. It functions by converting DC power from photovoltaic panels directly into AC power for immediate use.[1]
