NBTM Group (New Bharat Tarun Mandal) The NBTM Group, officially the New Bharat Tarun Mandal Trust, is a prominent cultural and social organisation based in Vishrantwadi, Pune. Established in 1980, the group is widely regarded as one of the most historic and influential mandals in Maharashtra, primarily known for its large-scale organisation of the Bhim Jayanti festival.
History
The group was founded in 1980 to promote community unity and celebrate the birth anniversary of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, the architect of the Indian Constitution. Over more than four decades, it has evolved from a local neighborhood gathering into a major trust that coordinates massive public events in the Vishrantwadi-Kalas region of Pune.
